Dr. Rafael Sanchez is a board certified Internal medicine physician who has been in practice for 11 years. He graduted from Duke University school of medicine and completed two residencies in internal medicine and pediatric. He has work in multiple areas in the health care system including hospital medicine, urgent care, primary care, nursing home, acute rehab, hospice and home health, and medical spa.
